FREE MADRI PINT ROI

  1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy for your information.
  2. This promotion is only open to residents of the Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Participants). Proof of age and/or residence may be required.
  3. This promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter; employees of participating retail stores across Northern Ireland (“Participating Retailers”) and anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  4. There are a total of 2000 free pints of Madri to be claimed.
  5. This promotion will open on the 12th of May and will run until the 29th of May or until the 2,500 pints have been claimed.
  6. Once you have received your free pint voucher, you will have until the 29th of May to redeem your voucher in any one of the participating outlets.
  7. You must have a valid email address to participate.
  8. You must have access to a smartphone or similar device in order to complete the redemption process in a participating venue.
  9. There is a maximum of one free beer per person. This will be limited by restricting the offer to one free beer per email address.
  10. This voucher can be redeemed for a pint of Madri only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alcoholic beverage.
  11. Acceptance of the free beer voucher constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Promoter, which is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
  12. Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion, to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel free pints in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
  13. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Promoter is not liable for, and you release Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.
  14. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
